This micro lot coffee from the El Morito Estate in Ayarza (Mataquescuintla) is from a producer widely recognized and highly regarded for its excellent quality, with El Morito Estate coffees winning multiple awards including Cup of Excellence. The coffee is grown between 1300-1500 meters and is a blend of pache and bourbon beans and is wash-processed. It retains a medium acidity and body, with notes of apricot, black tea, caramel, and is a mild but well balanced coffee. It is roasted at a medium level to preserve all the nuances of flavor and still give a robust taste.
