A lovely Colombian coffee from the Pijao, Quindio region. The farm is at an elevation of 1720m (5645′) and this coffee is a blend of Typica (Castillo) and Caturra. It is a fully wet processed coffee, and exhibits aroma of nuts, orange and molasses. It has flavors of sugar cane, toasted almonds and a subtle bright floral note which is typical of the region. It is a medium body coffee and has aftertastes of caramelized coconut and vanilla.
